I firmly believe that if at all possible, a person should in some form chronicle their surroundings or capture their feelings as the years travel on ever more rapidly. Write, paint, photograph, draw, scribble down notes, but do not let your experiences and feelings go unnoticed. These pieces of yourself, no matter what they be, are an extension of you.
